Lewis Mears was elected as a Surrey Heath Borough Councillor for the Old Dean in May 2023.

Lewis attended Collingwood College where he was one of the Head Prefects and led the prestigious PiXL Edge qualification for a number of years.

Having had an extremely positive experience whilst studying at Collingwood, this is what inspired Lewis and sparked a will to give back to the community in which he grew up. Working with Cllr Shaun Garrett, Trefor Hogg and the rest of my network in and around the Old Dean, Lewis is driven to support the positive changes that your current Councillors are already delivering.
