Surrey Heath Borough Council are looking forward to continuing its partnership with the NHS to help deliver the Vaccination program this Autumn.
The NHS will be taking over 36-40 Obelisk Way in Camberley town centre for at least the next five months to be able to deliver the Autumn Booster Campaign. The centre will be opening in August and running through until the end of December 2022. Depending on the situation next year, this has the option of being extended to March 2023.
The program of vaccinations is expected to start off with a small number of vaccinations per day ramping up to 500 per day during the peak period.
A massive thank you to Lakeside Country Club and all the Volunteers who have been running the Vaccination Centre in the Borough for the last couple of years.
The Surrey Heath Covid-19 Vaccination Centre recently became South East Regional Winner in the NHS Parliamentary Award 2022, following a personal nomination by Michael Gove MP.
