Stuart Black wins Frimley Green By-Election, helping Conservatives regain control of the Council
Following the result of the count, Stuart Black has been declared as the winner of the by-election in Frimley Green to represent residents at Surrey Heath Borough Council.
Stuart led a positive and hard-fought campaign, based upon a solid track record of delivering as an effective community campaigner of many years, and as a local caring activist.
With Stuart's win, this has resulted in the Conservative group regaining control of the Borough Council, from a prior position of no overall control.
