Today, the Pride Flag was raised outside Surrey Heath House by the Mayor of Surrey Heath, Cllr Pat Tedder, to coincide with Pride in Surrey across August.
At the ceremony was the Leader of the Council, Cllr Alan McClafferty, Deputy Mayor Cllr Sarah Jane Croke, Cllr Josephine Hawkins, Cllr Morgan Rise, Council staff, members of the local LGBT+ community and Lisa Finan-Cooke and Kel Finan-Cooke from Pride in Surrey.
