A socially distanced public information meeting was held at Heatherside recreation ground.
Organised by the Heatherside Ward Residents' Association, local Borough Councillors for the ward and and County Councillor Hawkins attended alongside the Leader of Surrey Heath Borough Council, Alan McClafferty.
The meeting was an opportunity to inform residents on the procession measures being put in place within Heatherside and across the Borough, following the unauthorised encampment at Heatherside Recreation Ground.
Residents were also able to ask councillors questions in an open Q&A session.
