Improving pedestrian access along Heather Ridge Arcade

Cllr Edward Hawkins met with Michael Gove MP to visit local business in Heather Ridge Arcade and inspect the works being carried out to improve the paving for pedestrians.

Commenting, Michael said:

"This morning, I was with Cllr Edward Hawkins at Heather Ridge Arcade to discuss its condition. It was good to see work is being done on the paving to remove trip hazards, and I understand the job will be completed early next month.

"Edward also updated me regarding the Ravenscote crossing campaign that he has been working so hard on. I was delighted to hear that the installation of the signalled crossing will be completed in November, which is fantastic news."
