Windlesham Parish Council are in the beginning phases of redeveloping the pavilion at Lightwater recreation ground, and Cllr. James Harris (who is a civil engineer in his day job!) offered his services and skills at no charge to conduct the initial survey.
Commenting, Katia said:
"I have received a few phone calls asking why is there somebody on the Recreation ground taking measurements. Just to reassure you, it is me and Cllr James Harris doing a survey. The Parish Council is hoping to redevelop the Pavilion soon and James offered his professional services to the Council (free)."
