The first General Election Hustings for the Surrey Heath Parliamentary constituency took place this evening at St. Paul's Church in Camberley.
Alongside our candidate for Surrey Heath Conservatives, Ed McGuinness, there were candidates from the Labour Party, Lib Dems and Reform.
The candidates from the Greens and Heritage Party were both invited, however, both declined to attend.
You can watch a recording of the hustings here.
Commenting, Ed McGuinness said:
"It was excellent to attend and address Surrey Heath residents at the St. Paul's Church hustings tonight.
"The room was fit to burst and it was fantastic to see so much local engagement! Thanks so much to all the organisers and volunteers, especially Vicar Tom and Maj. General Tim who chaired!"
