Surrey Heath Conservatives have held on to control of Surrey Heath Borough Council, with a narrow majority, following the local election results.
This is the first election for the new boundaries for the Council, with wards having been redrawn from sixteen to fourteen, and the number of councillors decreasing from forty to thirty five.
We fielded 35 dedicated and hard-working individuals across all of the Borough, the only party to do so, and won 18 of the new seats on a Borough wide turnout of 32.6%.
The highest turnout was in Windlesham & Chobham with 42%, with the lowest turnout in St. Michael's with 24%. Thank you to all those that voted!
