In St. Paul's Ward, we are proud to announce that our candidates Josh Thorne and Jonny Cope have been elected to Surrey Heath Borough Council.
Commenting, Cllr Josh Thorne said:
"Incredibly proud to announce I have been elected, along with my good friend Jonny, as councillors for the St Paul’s ward in Surrey Heath.
"We look forward to representing the residents of St Paul’s and would like to thank everyone who came out and voted for us yesterday! For those that voted elsewhere, I hope we can win your confidence over the coming weeks, months and years ahead.
"I would like to thank both our out going councillors Vivienne Chapman and Dan Adams, Cllr St Paul's Ward for the work they have done during their tenure.
"Thank you and look forward to serving you as your Borough Councillor."
Cllr Jonny Cope added:
"A really tough set of election results for Conservatives across the country and especially here in Surrey Heath. But on a personal note, I am thrilled that Josh Thorne and I have been elected to represent St Paul’s ward for the next four years. The hard work starts now."
