It is with great sadness that we have heard of the passing of Councillor Sam Kay.
Sam was recently elected as a Liberal Democrat Councillor for Bagshot & North Windlesham in May 2019, and was a passionate campaigner and advocate for Bagshot throughout his time as a Parish Councillor.
We extend our condolences to Sam's wife, Beth, his family and friends, and his colleagues within Surrey Heath Liberal Democrats.
