The Deputy Mayor of Surrey Heath Cllr Dan Adams officially re-opened the Windle Valley Centre in Bagshot following its £40,000 dementia friendly refurbishment.
The Windle Valley Centre is open each weekday, and with the new refurbishment, the dementia-friendly centre offers a range of activities and services for older residents of the Borough.
Activities include:
- Seated exercise classes
- Weekly activities such as bingo and quizzes
- Creative activities including arts and crafts
- Special events and celebrations
