A wildfire broke out on Ash Ranges over the weekend, damaging over 20 hectares of land on the Ministry of Defence owned nature reserve.
Firefighters from Surrey Fire & Rescue (SFRS) quickly attended the scene to battle the flames.
A spokesman for SFRS said:
"Crews are still in attendance at the ongoing wildfire at Ash Ranges. Smoke is still visible due to smouldering undergrowth and small pockets of fire which crews are dampening down.
"We're advising the public to please still stay away."
