To marks the start of Armed Forces week, the Armed Forces flag was raised Surrey Heath House in Camberley in a flag raising ceremony.
Armed Forces Week celebrates and thanks all those for their serve and sacrifice for our country, from those currently service, whether regular or reserve, to service families, veterans, and cadets.
The flag will fly outside the council offices for the duration of the week.
Commenting, Cllr Josh Thorne said:
"Very proud to be present for the raising of the Armed Forces Flag at Surrey Heath Borough Council today marking the start of Armed Forces week, where we celebrate and thank those for their service to our country!"
